Reserve a Table
The Southwestern Ontario Scale Model Expo is well known for its excellent marketplace! If you’re interested in getting in on the action, download the vendor package below. Be sure to respond quickly because tables rent quickly!
If you have any special requirements (power, tables against a wall, etc.), please make note of them at the time of table registration. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but due to the nature of the room and the number of vendors, we can not guarantee that all needs can be met.
Booth Details
Rents are $50 per table, 3 for $125 for subsequent tables. The tables are 6′ long. Two chairs are provided for each booth.
Vendors renting 1 or 2 tables will also receive 2 vendor wristbands, which are good for admission to the show. You will receive one more vendor wristband for each additional table you rent. If you require more people to assist you on show day, you will need to purchase some general admission wristbands.
Marketplace Schedule
- 8:00 am – Vendor Setup
- 9:30 am – Marketplace Opens
- 3:30 pm – Marketplace Closes
We have arranged to open the hall for Vendor Setup earlier so sales can start promptly at 9:30 am. Sales before the doors open to the public are discouraged. We want all attendees to have an opportunity to fully sample the wares of our great vendors.
We understand that some Vendors travel a great distance to attend the show but it would be appreciated if you did not start packing up until after 3:30 pm to allow the Awards Ceremony to complete.
