London Scale Model Show 2012

Some more raffle prizes came in from Case ‘n’ Drum oil today. Many thanks to them for their assistance in making LSMS 2010′s raffle table that much better and more exciting!

This week saw the arrival of an other TWO major sponsors for LSMS 2010.

Also, a huge thanks to IES (Industrial Electronic Services) for their support of the show. These guys do top-notch repairs on all kinds of industrial electronics, so keep them in mind if your servo amps blow up!

LSMS 2010 is excited and honoured to announce the addition of a new category and it’s associated prize!

The Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association (CHAA) is sponsoring the new Category A17: RCAF Aircraft – All Types, Eras and Scales! This category is to honour all the brave servicemen and women who have taken to the skies with the RCAF to defend Canada in both wartime and peace.

The award for this prize, however, is different than those in the other categories. Sure, there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons, but the winner will also receive A FREE HARVARD RIDE! CHAA will give the winner of this prize a free “0.3 Flight”, which is 20 minutes in the air aboard one of their beautifully restored and maintained Harvard aircraft.

Our thanks to CHAA for providing this truly unique opportunity to LSMS 2010 entrants!

Also, be sure to look for CHAA at the show; they will have an information booth set up to let everyone know about their organization. It’s CHAA’s 25th anniversary in 2010; come on out and see what they’re all about!
